Established in 2011, our organization was founded by the South Central Community Development Corporation (SCCDC) with the primary purpose of providing home monitoring services to chronically ill patients across Canada. We are dedicated to improving patient care and reducing distance barriers through innovative home monitoring solutions.

The SCCDC operates as a social enterprise, ensuring that all profits are reinvested back into local communities through Community Future Development Corporations (CFDCs). This model allows us to not only provide top-notch healthcare services but also to contribute to the development and well-being of the communities we serve.
